A GATOR IN NASHVILLE
9/1/16

Gator Harrison was just named SVP Programming for iHeartMedia's Nashville market, which includes digital outlets and radio station brands WSIX, WUBT, WNRQ, WNRQ-HD, WRVW and WLAC-AM.

He will also continue to serve as Brand Coordinator for the Nashville-based iHeartCountry team, which has more than 145 Country broadcast radio stations across the States.

He'll report to SVP Programming for iHeartMedia's Nashville Region and Brand Manager for iHeart Country Rod Phillips.

Harrison previously held the post of Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Chattanooga and has 26 broadcasting-related awards to his name.

“We’re thrilled to have Gator join us and oversee programming in Nashville,” shared iHeartMedia Nashville Region President Dan Endom. “Gator built his network and experience in the industry from the ground up and his proven track record makes him perfectly suited to lead our Nashville station brands’ programming.”

Coincidentally, Gator is also HITS Publisher Dennis Lavinthal's pet name.
