The cover artwork for Carrie Underwood's upcoming album, Storyteller (19/Arista Nashville), was just revealed today.

The album, Underwood's fifth full-length, is due 10/23, but its lead single, "Smoke Break," charted at Country radio this week, landing at #31.

The corresponding video dropped exclusively on Entertainment Tonight's site yesterday; watch it here and give it up for the "small town, hard working woman just trying to make a living."
