Anchored by Willie Nelson, featuring Kris Kristofferson, Jennings’ widow Jessi Colter, Kacey Musgraves, Eric Church and Sturgill Simpson, it was two dozen songs that celebrated the unrepentant spirit of the ultimate “Outlaw.”
