RCA’s G-Eazy is right back at it with “Drifting” f/ Chris Brown, this week's Most Added record by a landslide. It receives over 35 new commitments, more than 20 stations more than the nearest competitor. The Empire Cast's “Look But Don’t Touch" (Columbia) grabs 13 adds, and Bebe Rexha's "No Broken Hearts" f/Nicki Minaj (Warner Bros.) gets 7. The Chainsmokers' “Don’t Let Me Down” (Disruptor/Columbia), Kanye West's “Famous” (G.O.O.D./Def Jam) and Kent Jones' “Don’t Mind” (We The Best/Epic) all had 7 new commitments as well.

THE BALLSTREET JOURNAL

Beyoncé is back! She premiered her HBO special, and soon after, Lemonade was available on iTunes and Amazon. As of Monday morning, it was the #1 LP on the chart. At press time, there’ still no official word as to what the single (or singles) will be, but there should be a decision in the very near future; stay tuned.

After eight weeks at the top, Rihanna f/Drake’s “Work” (Westbury Road/Roc Nation) finally bows out of the #1 spot. This week, it’s replaced by labelmate Jeremih‘s “Oui,” which took an incredible 22 weeks to make it to that peak position. Rick Sackheim, Noah Sheer and Scott Maness never gave up, and team Def Jam gets another feather in their cap. They’re also the proud owners of the hottest record at the format: Desiigner’s “Panda.” That one’s up more than 800 spins again, and is already grabbing Top 40 adds, as it moves #15-11 at Rhythm. Justin Bieber’s “Company” (RBMG) is up 80 spins at #19, while Rihanna’s “Needed Me” (Westbury Road/Roc Nation) moves #38-31, tacking on 320 new spins. Her other single, “Kiss It Better,” which was initially worked at Top 40, is at #45 on the chart, gaining 180 spins. A number of stations are playing both singles, though. Kanye West’s “Famous” (G.O.O.D.) climbs to #33, after posting a 95-spin increase this week. Iggy Azalea’s “Team” debuts on the chart at #38 and continues to grab new believers.

At #2, right behind Jeremih, is Belly f/The Weeknd’s “Might Not” (CP/Roc Nation/Republic) It’s about 150 spins behind, and looks like it’ll try and capture the elusive #1 spot this coming week. Republic’s Gary Spangler, Davey Dee and Stef Cole also have Mike Posner’s “I Took a Pill in Ibiza” (Island) at #5, following a healthy 335-spin increase. Drake f/Wizkid & Kyla’s “One Dance” (YMCMB) is this week’s Most Increased record with 1250 new spins! The smash leaps #18-12 this week—good enough for a 7.6m gain in audience. Ariana Grande’s “Dangerous Woman” slides up to #18, gaining 135 spins. Nick Jonas f/Tove Lo’s “Close” (Island) debuts at #37, up 100 spins, while Drake f/The Throne’s “Pop Style” (YMCMB) enters at #40. DNCE’s “Cake by the Ocean” climbs to #46.

Epic’s Sujit Kundu, meanwhile, has Fifth Harmony f/Ty Dolla $ign’s “Work From Home” (SYCO) moving #9-6, gaining 300 spins. Future f/The Weeknd’s “Low Life” (A1/Freebandz) is at #17, and Meghan Trainor’s “No” climbs inside the Top 20. Zara Larsson & MNEK’s “Never Forget You” comes in at #32, and Yo Gotti f/E-40’s “Law” (CMG) slides up to #34, thanks in part to a triple-digit increase. They’re also impacting Kent Jones’ “Don’t Mind” (We The Best) next week. “Don’t Mind” is a real buzz record with a number of stations already on board, and it’s a few weeks away from debuting.

Dixie Tipton continues to grow Young Greatness’ “Moolah” (QC/Motown), which sees an increase of 150 spins and moves to #22.

Columbia’s Ayelet Schiffman and James White move The Chainsmokers f/Daya’s “Don’t Let Me Down” inside the Top 25, up 355 spins. In addition to Beyoncé, they’re also impacting Serayah’s “Look But Don’t Touch,” which is from Fox’s Empire. Make sure you watch the video for that one (embedded below).

RCA’s Inca and Lori G have Kid Ink’s “Promise” at #7. They’ also have ZAYN’s “PILLOWTALK” at #13, up 85 spins, and Bryson Tiller’s “Exchange” at # 16, gaining 230 spins. I had the pleasure of seeing Tiller at Radio City in NYC this past week and was blown away. It was a sold-out show, and his fanbase seemed tremendous; they sang every word to every song. He’s definitely becoming a superstar. A$AP Ferg’s “New Level” just misses charting, coming in at #41, while Pitbull f/Enrique Iglesias’ “Messin’ Around” adds 130 spins and is a week away from debuting. They’re impacting G-Eazy f/Chris Brown’s “Drifting” this week, so stay tuned for that; G’s coming off a massive #1 track with “Me, Myself and I.” Lastly, Ro James’ “Permission” comes in at #43 this week.
