BASCA ELECTS NEW BOARD
8/1/18

Crispin Hunt will remain in the post of Chair of The British Academy of Songwriters, Composers & Authors, which also elected new board members.

Four new elected members—Jo Thomas, Martyn Ware, Dru Masters and Orphy Robinson—are joining existing board members, Hunt, Gary Carpenter, Issie Barratt, Mark Ayres, Marc Sylvan, Helienne Lindvall, Paul Hartnoll, William Sweeney, Stephen McNeff and Rupert Hine. Two independent board members will be announced soon.

BASCA has also confirmed a move to new offices at the newly opened The Ministry, in Borough, South London.

BASCA threw its Summer Party Tuesday where Elsa Thurley, the 2018 recipient of Academy of Contemporary Music/BASCA Scholarship (pictured with Hunt), Samuel Deed and Leoni Kennedy performed.
