British indie publisher Bucks has expanded its sync division with three new appointments as well as promoting from within. Looking after bespoke composition music is Holly Manners, who joins from music supervision agency Soho Music, former Warner/Chappell sync exec Angus Fulton, who is now senior licensing manager, while Tom Frank joins from [PIAS] as sync executive. Finally,vCharlotte Robson has been named sync assistant.
