WHAT IT IS: Ray Volpe is making waves in the dance-music scene with his dynamic performances and bass-heavy hits. His latest track, “SONG REQUEST,” arrived on 5/31 and has since gained plenty of traction, earning spins and cosigns from the likes of Steve Aoki, The Chainsmokers, DJ Diesel, Subtronics and NGHTMRE. Following his appearance in EDM.com’s Class of 2022, Volpe earned the Best New Artist award at the 2023 Electronic Dance Music Awards and received a nod for Dubstep Artist of the Year.
