John Morgan (Night Train/BBR)
4/12/23

WHAT IT IS: North Carolina native John Morgan brings a blue-collar toughness pulled straight from his life experience to country music. With an only-in-Nashville story involving Uber drivers and impressive demos, a writing session with Kurt Allison and Tully Kennedy—longtime bandmates of Jason Aldean—led to Aldean cutting eight tracks written by Morgan, including his most recent #1s, “Trouble With a Heartbreak” and the Grammy-nominated and ACM Single of the Year, “If I Didn’t Love You” f/Carrie Underwood. Inked to Aldean’s Night Train imprint with BBR Music Group, Morgan also just wrapped Aldean’s 2022 tour, and he’ll make his Grand Ole Opry debut on 5/19.
