WHAT IT IS: Known for gritty street lyrics and a choppy flow, Icewear Vizzo has been a leading figure in the Detroit hip-hop scene for over a decade. The rapper, born Chivez Smith, makes his Quality Control debut with the 13-track mixtape Paint the City on 11/18. The project, released as part of the acclaimed Gangsta Grillz series, features heavyweights like Kodak Black, Future, Jeezy, 2 Chainz and Babyface Ray and is hosted by DJ Drama.
