WHAT IT IS: Known for gritty street lyrics and a choppy flow, Icewear Vizzo has been a leading figure in the Detroit hip-hop scene for over a decade. The rapper, born Chivez Smith, makes his Quality Control debut with the 13-track mixtape Paint the City on 11/18.
