Grammy-winning electronic duo Bob Moses recently hit L.A.’s famed Greek Theatre for a sold-out set.
In support of their third album, The Silence in Between—released via Domino/Astralwerks/Capitol—Bob Moses, aka Tom Howie and Jim Vallance, made their way to venue on 5/13 as part of their 25-date North American trek, marking their first nationwide headlining tour since pre-COVID.
Much to the delight of a packed crowd, they kicked off their show with “Time and Time Again,” setting the mood for a high-energy night filled with fan-favorites. Floating back and forth between tracks from 2018’s Battle Lines, 2020’s JUNO-nominated Desire and their latest set, the 13-song setlist included tracks like “Never Coming Back,” “Tearing Me Up,” “Inner Light,” “Hanging On,” “Desire” and more.
Between the kaleidoscope of lights and the echoes of a roaring crowd, fans were treated to an encore that included a cover of INXS’ “Need You Tonight”—their latest Spotify single—before wrapping the show with their chart-topping hit, “Love Brand New.”
As if playing the Greek isn’t a highlight on its own, it was even more special for the pair, who previously performed as openers for Bonobo back in 2017 before returning to the venue in 2022 to play their sold-out headlining show.
While the tour wrapped in their hometown of Vancouver over the weekend (5/21) at the Malkin Bowl, they’re prepping for major festivals later this year, including Skyline, Daytrip, Lollapalooza and more, before heading overseas for the European leg of the tour later this year.
