WHAT IT IS: Having written songs recorded by Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Lady A, Florida Georgia Line and many more, two-time CMA nominee Ryan Hurd steps into the spotlight with the release of his debut album, Pelago. The 15-track set—produced with childhood friend and longtime creative partner Aaron Eshuis, with contributions from Jesse Frasure (Thomas Rhett, Kane Brown, Little Big Town) and Teddy Reimer—pays homage to his upbringing on the shores of Lake Michigan and features hits like “To a T” and “Chasing After You,” the first official duet with wife Maren Morris.
