AI IS ALREADY EATING YOUR LUNCH
The kids can tell the difference... for now.

FADER Label has inked two new artists, Chloe George and shallou. They join a growing roster that includes platinum singer/songwriter Clairo—who recently released her sophomore album, Sling—Slayyyter, binki, Lewis Del Mar, Matt and Kim, James Ivy, Zachary Knowles, Charlie Burg, ella jane and more.
"Chloe George is one of the most brilliant writers we have come across,” said FADER Label GM Carson Oberg. On shallou, Oberg notes he’s “a true visionary in the indie electronic space."
Having made her solo debut in 2021, L.A.-based George has previously worked with Normani and Dua Lipa, and she’s set to release her new single, "Peachi," on 9/24. Also based in L.A., producer/singer shalloo, neé Joe Boston, has made plenty of noise since releasing his debut EP, All Becomes Okay, in 2017. He recently dropped his single “Heartaches” and is gearing up for a tour later this year.
Additionally, the independent label—co-founded in 2002 by Jon Cohen and Rob Stone—has also added new hires and promoted within the staff while expanding their focus on artist development and creative support.
Manager/A&R/writer Matt Colwell is named Director of A&R, Salvatore Maicki rises to Creative Content Manager, Yasmine Panah is appointed Senior Marketing Manager and Josh Hymowitz is promoted to Project Manager and will double as a day-to-day manager for FADER’s management arm.
