London-based trio Belle Mt. are bringing the groovy vibes on their first release of the year, “Famous Son.” The single arrived via Warner on 4/30 and was released alongside a music video.
The new track follows the alt-pop band’s 2020 debut Warner EP, The Water, and features Matt Belmont on vocals and acoustic guitars with Chris Burgess on drums, Ben Worsley on electric guitars, Jamie Sierota on bass and keys and production by Femke, who also provides additional keys and guitars.
“‘Famous Son’ comes from that moment in the artist’s journey when you choose to really bet on yourself, to chase the dream in spite of all the risks and unpredictability,” said Belmont.
Additionally, the three-piece recently performed a free “live” event in a unique 3D experience and hosted an exclusive fan meet and greet via Microsoft’s Altspace VR. The band is gearing up for more new music this year as well as upcoming tour plans.
