A SWEET AND SALTY RELEASE
4/16/21

Porsh Bet$ is gearing up for a busy 2021 with his first release the year, “Peanut Butter.” The single arrived on 4/15 via Virgin Music alongside a music video.

“I really wanted to make it the anti-music video. It’s not flashy, it’s awkward, I’m all over the place, I don’t get the girl in the end. But you know that’s what makes it cool tho because this is how I am in real life and I felt like people would relate more to that,” said Bet$.

Bursting on the scene in 2020, the 21-year-old Harlem native has a knack for crafting earworms, showcased by his debut track, “Apple Eyes,” which garnered attention from Spotify editorial playlists upon its release.

“Peanut Butter,” along with his previous tracks like “Handle” and “Run with Me,” will be featured on the up-and-comer’s forthcoming EP, I Used to Think Forever. A melting pot of alt-R&B and pop, the debut set was created alongside KoOoLkOjAk (Kesha, Nicki Minaj, Doja Cat) and will undoubtedly highlight Bet$ artistic prowess.
