Neoni takes sibling bonding to another level, as the sisters have released their latest single “OUTLAW.” Released via CloudKid on 11/13, the single breaks away from genre constraints, as Neoni explores a dark-pop, rock and electronic fusion of sounds in “OUTLAW.”
