NOW WHAT?
We have no fucking idea.
COUNTRY'S NEWEST DISRUPTOR
Three chords and some truth you may not be ready for.
AI IS ALREADY EATING YOUR LUNCH
The kids can tell the difference... for now.
WHO'S BUYING THE DRINKS?
That's what we'd like to know.

WHAT IT IS: L.A.-born, Brighton-bred singer/songwriter Celeste, who started writing music at 17, blends British soul and jazz-tinged blues over subtle R&B melodies to create her distinct sound. Since being named BBC’s Introducing Artist of the Year in late 2019 and winning the BBC Sound of 2020 poll, the BRITs Rising Star award winner has been featured on a variety of Artists to Watch lists. After signing to Lily Allen’s Bank Holiday label, which released her first EP, she inked with Polydor in 2018 and is gearing up to release her self-titled debut album later this year. Single “Stop This Flame,” the title track to Netflix’s They’ve Gotta Have Us, exemplifies what’s yet to come from Celeste.
