WHAT IT IS: Over the last few years, pop-rock band DREAMERS have gone from playing tiny bars to arenas and festivals like Lollapalooza, Bumbershoot and Firefly. The aptly named group formed in Brooklyn before decamping to the West Coast. Consisting of Nick Wold, Marc Nelson and Jacob Wick, the three-piece have gone on to share stages with the likes of X Ambassadors, The 1975, Bleachers, Atlas Genius, Catfish and the Bottlemen and Weezer. A provocative new version of their track, “Heat Seeker,” adds grandson’s signature style and lyrical flair. “Heat Seeker” follows the success of “Die Happy,” their fifth hit at Alternative radio.
