TALES OF HAWTHORNE
12/19/19

Team RCA Inspiration presents chart champ and Grammy nominee Koryn Hawthorne with a gold plaque for her monster Hot Gospel #1, "Won't He Do It." Hawthorne has had the longest reign atop the chart of any female gospel artist: an astounding 26 weeks. Perhaps even more surprisingly, the plaque had been cleverly hidden at the base of the RCAI Christmas tree. Shortly after this indelible image was captured, the label's Phil Thornton led a spirited round of Chanukah caroling.
