SiriusXM and athlete empowerment brand Uninterrupted are teaming up to launch athlete-curated playlists, exclusively for Pandora listeners. Giving fans a closer look into their favorite players, custom playlists from Odell Beckham Jr., Dion Waiters, Lonzo Ball, Mo Bamba, Adam Rippon, and Uninterrupted co-founder LeBron James, among others, are now available on Pandora.
Fans can also expect to hear warm-up playlists in real-time and listen to some of the player’s favorite artists like DaBaby, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Diplo, Dua Lipa, and more. The launch comes shortly after Uninterrupted and SiriusXM’s collaborative efforts on 17 Weeks, the podcast featuring pro football players Le’Veon Bell, Jalen Ramsey, and Cole Beasley with new episodes every week on the SiriusXM and Pandora apps.
Uninterrupted CEO Maverick Carter says, “There’s a real and deep emotional connection between athletes and music.” Scott Greenstein, SiriusXM President/Chief Content Officer, adds, “We are very excited to collaborate with Uninterrupted, a unique and innovative content creator, to allow listeners to make a deeper connection with their favorite athletes.”
