eONE STRIKES DEAL WITH SHA MONEY XL

eOne has announced a new, exclusive distribution deal with multi-platinum producer and A&R exec Sha Money XL (aka Michael Clervoix) and Teamwork Music. The label is home to emerging and buzzworthy artists Tedy Andreas and Eubanks.

Sean Stevenson, eOne’s Executive Vice President and General Manager, Music, says “We are excited to have Sha Money and Teamwork in the eOne family. He has been a staple in the Hip-Hop world and we are honored to distribute his artists and contribute to his vison for the future of the industry.”

Sha Money XL says, “I’m so ready to usher in some future legends in Hip-Hop. My gift for picking the right artists is deep rooted from my love for all genres of music. Teamwork Music is a reflection of the most talented, creative, and innovative Hip-Hop artists. The ‘Chain is on the Bike!’”

Teamwork Music is prepping Tedy Andreas' new album Andreas Soriano for an October release, followed by a Eubanks project in November.

While serving as President of G-Unit Records until 2007, Sha Money XL helped bring 50 Cent’s label to the mainstream. Managing a staple of producers, Sha A&R’d multiple projects for G-Unit. His next venture landed him in the offices of Def Jam as VP of A&R, where he worked on projects for Big K.R.I.T. and signed 2Chainz. After fulfilling his time at Def Jam, Sha Money took the position as EVP of A&R at Epic, where he worked with Bobby Schmurda and Yo Gotti. More recently, Sha, lent his expertise to Joyner Lucas, working intensely on the viral hip-hop star’s management team.
