BUILDING BLOXX
7/18/19

West London’s four-piece indie band, BLOXX, has had quite the 2019 so far. They dropped their debut EP, Headspace, via Chess Club Records in late February, and followed that up with a 12-city U.S. headline tour, which wrapped up in June. Now, they’re gearing up for their U.K. headline tour in October, all while writing a full-length album.

Comprising front woman Ophelia on vocals and guitar, guitarist Taz, drummer Mozwin and bassist Paul, the promising alt-rock buzzband weaves together heavy guitar riffs, ambient vibes and pop elements to create their sound. Aforementioned EP Headspace demonstrates that fusion and has garnered 3.5m+ streams on Spotify alone since its release.

There’s no word on when that full-length will be revealed by the SB Management-repped act, but you can stay up to date on their whereabouts here and watch the video for the EP’s “Monday” below. "Monday" recently surpassed 1m Spotify streams. The same can be said for "Headspace," which has been getting serious love from SiriusXM Alt Nation this summer.
