QUINCY JONES PRESENTS
3/7/19

A new PBS SoCal production brings together Quincy Jones, Sheléa and David Foster for a special pledge program. QUINCY JONES PRESENTS: SHELÉA, executive produced by Maura Daly Phinney, premieres on PBS stations this month. The special showcases the vocalist, songwriter pianist, arranger and producer Sheléa as she performs for a live audience at L.A.’s Downtown Majestic.

Her debut album, Love Fell On Me, was released in 2015, included features from Stevie Wonder, Brain McKnight and Narada Michael Walden and housed the single, “I’ll Never Let You Go.”

Performances of tracks highlighted in QUINCY JONES PRESENTS: SHELÉA include "Make Me Rainbows,” “Misty” and “Love Fell on Me”—with Sheléa on piano. There's also a Whitney Houston medley with Foster, “The Easy Way,” featuring Greg Phillinganes, and an Aretha Franklin spotlight that covered “Say a Little Prayer,” “Natural Woman” and “Respect.”
