WHAT IT IS: Named one of Rolling Stone’s “10 New Country Artists You Need to Know,” the glamorous songstress has been mesmerizing crowds with her sultry vocals and authentic songwriting since she was 15 years old. On her debut EP, The Nashville Sessions, Jenkins blends her traditional Country roots with Americana influences to seamlessly transition between cheerful and raw emotions from one moment to the next. Penning four of the six tracks, she showcases unfiltered lyrics through alluring vocals and soulful melodies, creating a vibrant musical fusion. The Texas native has picked up a variety of musical influences throughout her travels, notably homing in on the Southern charm of Charleston, the artistic vibe of NYC and the eclectic nature of Music City. Her next single, “Give Up the Ghost,” will become available on 10/5.
