WHAT IT IS: Blending indie rock
and synth pop into an atmospheri-cally catchy sound, flor is the project of vocalist Zachary Grace, bassist Dylan Bauld, guitarist McKinley Kitts and drummer Kyle Hill. Growing up in the tiny town of Hood River, Ore., Grace, Bauld, and Kitts first created music together as teenagers. Once they brought Hill into the fold and began making a name for themselves as a captivating live act, the band relocated to L.A. They released EP sounds on Fueled by Ramen in 2016, followed by the release of debut album come out, you’re hiding last year.
