For the first time in her career, Songwriters Hall of Famer and former 4 Non Blondes lead singer Linda Perry is plunging headfirst into management. Her first act, Dorothy, is represented by Perry's label group We Are Hear and signed to a record deal with Roc Nation.
The group's single, "Down To The Bottom," was also co-written and produced by Perry. The live cut is due to be released tomorrow while the in-studio single-take music video will be up tonight (10/5) 9pm PT, at which point you can take a gander at it here.
Dorothy's next upcoming performance will be in Joshua Tree 10/21 for Babes Ride Out, a ladies-only moto ride and campout. Rev your engines and get your tickets here.
