WHAT IT IS: With talent that’s refreshingly modern yet classically soulful, this artist introduces himself to the world on his debut EP, My Name Is Earl. Laced with deep grit and light hooks, the seven-track EP includes six brand-new songs, featuring the pre-released record “Feeling Alive.” To celebrate the release, this soul revivalist performed a new track called “Ain’t Got It Like That” on James Corden. Seen earlier this month at the BET Music Grammy Showcase in Los Angeles, Earl St. Clair continues to create songs ripped from the depths of his soul.
