WHAT IT IS: Lauren Alaina recently released her highly anticipated, self-titled EP—a five-song compilation, featuring her latest single, “Next Boyfriend,” ESPN exclusive track “History,” plus three more tracks, all co-written by the young star. The Georgia native originally captured America’s hearts when she appeared on Season 10 of American Idol. Since then, she released her #1-debuting first studio album, Wildflower, was nominated for several Teen Choice and CMT awards and toured with superstars, including Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Alan Jackson and Carrie Underwood.
