WHAT IT IS: Over the last few years, this rising hitmaker has turned out hit songs for artists from all corners of the music world. A co-writer behind #1 records like Sugarland’s smash “Stuck Like Glue” and Rob Thomas’ “Someday,” he’s recently penned tracks for Jason Derulo, Meghan Trainor and buzzing R&B/pop star Charlie Puth. Now the Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter, rapper and producer is making his debut as an artist in his own right, inking a new deal and dropping a single with an impossibly catchy blend of Southern hip-hop, R&B, soul and pop.
