CATCHING ZZ'S
10/21/15

Boardwalk/Hollywood’s sultry songstress, ZZ Ward, captivated the sold-out El Rey theatre with her soulful swagger last Friday night. Enchanting the crowd with the perfect combination of grit and charm, ZZ switched between singing bluesy runs to rapping, and even threw in a few harmonica solos.

Standouts included fan favorite, “365 Days” and “Lonely,” off her latest Love and War EP.

ZZ stepped into the crowd to close the set with single “Love 3x,” getting up close and personal with Disney Music Group prexy Ken Bunt, SVP Global Marketing Robbie Snow, SVP Global Business Ops & Distribution David Abdo, SVP A&R Mio Vukovic, SVP of Promotion Scot Finck, and her manager Evan Bogart.

Keep your ears peeled for her full-length album due early 2016.
