Dance your tuchus off to N.Y.-based artist/producer/songwriter/DJ Penguin Prison (aka Christopher Glover). His self-titled debut album is due out on Downtown Records come 5/5. The sound undeniably falls into the dance category, but features catchy pop songwriting and a hint of an alternative, avant-garde style. You might put it in the same category as Phoenix, Capital Cities and Miike Snow, and quite frankly, it sounds like spring break.
