RMP NAMES CASEY ROBISON HEAD OF NEW PUB DIVISION
9/12/23

Range Media Partners has appointed Casey Robison as the head of its new music publishing division.

Robison joins Range's music division following his tenure as co-president/partner of Big Deal Music Group. He also helped lead the company's 2020 acquisition by Hipgnosis Songs Group, where he most recently served as EVP, A&R.

Now, Robison will lead the new publishing division that includes Sam Drake, Federico Morris and Jared Cotter.

“Casey and the team believe there is a tremendous opportunity to launch a boutique publishing company inside of the Range ecosystem,” said Range Music founding partner/RMP co-founder Matt Graham. "We couldn’t be more excited about what we can create together.”

“Range’s curated approach to identifying and fostering talent across genres will serve as a blueprint for how we build the publishing company, which will be dedicated to long-term career growth for both artists and writers,” added Robison.

Since beginning his music career as an intern at Capitol Records while attending USC, Robison has also held positions at Chrysalis Publishing and BMI, and served as a founding co-producer of the songwriting podcast And the Writer Is…With Ross Golan.
