Prescription Songs has inked Philadelphia-based artist/songwriter/producer Fridayy, neé Francis LeBlanc.
Brought in by A&R Eddie Fourcell, the deal was orchestrated by Fridayy’s managers, Test of Time Entertainment’s Edgar Cutino and AVAD’s Chris Washington, as well as his attorneys Brian Darch and Jason Berger of Margolis Edelstein.
The signing coincides with the release of Chris Brown’s latest album Breezy, which Fridayy has two song credits on, including intro track “Til the Wheels Fall Off” f/Lil Durk & Capella Gray and “Need You Right Here” w/Bryson Tiller.
With recent collabs spanning RoccStar, Internet Money, OZ, HitMaka and Timbaland, among others, Fridayy has also contributed to tracks like Rae Sremmurd’s “Denial” and Skylar Stecker’s “Know It’s Wrong,” as well as upcoming cuts from Meek Mill, Vory, DJ Khaled, Usher, 24kGoldn, 6lack, Future, Don Tolliver, Fredo Bang and more.
