Brazilian artist Anitta has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Sony Music Publishing.
Anitta is currently finalizing her fifth studio album, Girl From Rio. The Warner star's latest singles, “Envolver” and “NO CHÃO NOVINHA” f/DJ Pedro Sampaio, were released in late 2021.
“Anitta is a brilliant performer whose authenticity as a songwriter effortlessly transcends cultures,” said Jon Platt, Chairman & CEO, Sony Music Publishing. “Sony Music Publishing is excited to support her creative path forward as she continues to broaden her influence around the world.”
Anitta will be working closely with SMP’s U.S. and U.S. Latin creative teams, including U.S. SVPs Creative Amanda Hill and Katie Welle and Director, Creative, U.S. Latin, Monica Jordan.
