Warner Music Nashville’s Cole Swindell is enjoying the top spot on the Country Singles Chart for a second consecutive week with “Single Saturday Night.”
As the Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum star’s 10th career #1, “Single Saturday Night”— written by Ashley Gorley, Michael Hardy and Mark Holman with production by Michael Carter—has accumulated 180m+ streams, contributing to his combined 4b global career streams. Swindell also recently celebrated reaching 15m+ in total U.S. track equivalents.
Additionally, Swindell performed the hit single at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater alongside Luke Bryan last week as part of CMA Summer Jam, the three-hour artist-curated TV special airing on ABC on 9/2 at 8pm ET.
The Georgia native will join a lineup of more than 20 country stars for the special, including Jimmie Allen, Gabby Barrett, Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne, Luke Combs, Florida Georgia Line, Mickey Guyton, Miranda Lambert, Carly Pearce, Blake Shelton, Thomas Rhett, Carrie Underwood, Lainey Wilson and more.
Currently on the road headlining his own shows in California and Nevada this week, Swindell will hit the road later this month to join Thomas Rhett’s Center Point Road Tour, which kicks off on 8/20 in Bangor, ME.
