NOW WHAT?
We have no fucking idea.
COUNTRY'S NEWEST DISRUPTOR
Three chords and some truth you may not be ready for.
AI IS ALREADY EATING YOUR LUNCH
The kids can tell the difference... for now.
WHO'S BUYING THE DRINKS?

Veteran record producer and mixer Mark Needham has launced an artist development extension and record label, E.O.M. (Evolution of Man) Records. The first act inked by E.O.M. is San Diego's alt-pop newcomers Almost Monday, in partnership with Hollywood Records/Disney Music Publishing. Their single ""Broken People" impaced Alternative charts and playlists in December.
Throughout his career, Needham has played an essential role in the development process of rock breakthroughs like The Killers, Neon Trees and Imagine Dragons, among others.
Current E.O.M. Records development projects include Yam Haus, a young alt-pop band from Minneapolis and The Cold Stares, a blues-rock duo from Illinois.
Recent projects Needham has worked on include The Airborne Toxic Event's Hollywood Park (producer), Blue October's This is What I Live For (mixer) and Dolly Parton's chart-topping holiday album, A Holly Dolly Christmas (mixer).
Needhams career discography credits features Fleetwood Mac, Chris Isaak, The Revivalists, Walk the Moon, Shakira, Bloc Party, Blondie, 5SOS, P!nk, The National and many more.
