Primary Wave Music has hired new team members in its branding and digital marketing divisions.
Samira Qureshi joins as SVP, Brand Partnerships, coming over from Disney and Lisa Fruggiero is the new VP of Brand Partnerships. The digital team’s Sam Sklover moves into branding as Creative Marketing Manager. All three will report to Primary Wave's Chief Branding Officer, Jeffery Straughn. James Janocha has joined Primary Wave as Manager, Digital Marketing.
These considerable additions will enable us to continue being innovative and leaders in the publishing and management space," said Adam Lowenberg, Primary Wave's Chief Marketing Officer, noting they have struck recent deals with Oakley Sunglasses, SiriusXM, Keds and Red Bull.
Primary Wave also recently launched a development deal with Tony Award-winning producer Ken Davenport, who is pitching PW’s catalog of music to develop a variety of projects.
In addition to the new hires, Mike Fordham was promoted to Director, Streaming and Playlist Marketing.
