NICE LIFE'S RICKY REED GOES LIVE
5/19/20

Ricky Reed, producer and founder of Nice Life, wrote an open letter in March to the industry imploring those in the community to "be an introvert, [and] save the world." He has struggled with this crisis like so many and turned to his community for relief with the added goal to inspire creativity.

What started off as work-in-progress remote writing sessions has turned into a regularly scheduled live stream called Nice Live, with past guests including Teddy Geiger Leon Bridges, Nate Mercereau, Dan Wilson and Ross Golan. Reed, who's managed by Larry Wade's Decible Entertainment, is having conversations and collaborating with songwriters and producers live and uploading demos when they finish. He refers to it as an "open source situation" which is just another instance of the industry evolving in response to COVID-19.

NICE LIVE live streams regularly on YouTube Mondays and Thursdays.
