Altadena and Warner Chappell Nashville have inked Riley Roth to a global co-publishing deal. The singer/songwriter, who’s currently signed to Altadena on the label side, is also set to drop her latest track, “Girls Kiss First,” on 4/17. The single is the first track off her upcoming debut EP and is co-written by Katie Pearlman, Lily Meola and the late Grammy-nominated busbee, who produced the track as well.
Roth will be performing “Girls Kiss First” live on Instagram on 4/14 at 5pm CT with special guest and labelmate Ryan Griffin. She’s previously performed at the 2019 CMA Music Fest and has received prime playlist support from Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music for her prior releases, many of which she’s co-written.
Altadena President Daniel Lee says, “Riley is one of the most naturally gifted and hardest working artists I know. I’m thrilled to continue this journey with our amazing partners at Warner Chappell, and I can’t wait to see the vision that Riley, busbee, and I shared come to fruition.”
Altadena was founded by late songwriter and producer busbee, who’s worked with artists including P!nk, Florida Georgia Line, Maren Morris and Keith Urban, among others. It provides publishing, label and artist development in partnership with Warner Chappell, Warner Records and Red Light Management, respectively.
Roth is currently repped by Justin Cahill at CAA.
