A&R exec Shani Gonzales is returning to Warner Chappell Music, this time as Head of International, Executive Vice President of U.S., A&R. Based in New York, she will report to WCM Co-Chair & CEO Guy Moot.

In her new role, Gonzales will develop collaborations between the company’s global A&R teams, foster the crossover of songwriters into new markets, and promote the company’s international culture to prospective WCM artists.
