Guy Moot will succeed Jon Platt as CEO and Co-Chair of Warner/Chappell and COO Carianne Marshall is adding Co-Chair to her responsibilities. You can read WMG boss Steve Cooper's memo about it here.

The Moot deal continues a vigorous game of musical chairs at the major pubcos; Marty Bandier will of course step down as SATV chief in March, and his mentee Platt (who stepped down as W/C chief at year’s end) will assume that post.
