Warner/Chappell Music is celebrating inking Old Dominion’s Matthew Ramsey in a worldwide pub deal. The ASCAP Artist-Songwriter of the Year and frontman for Old Dominion boasts nine #1 hits for the band as well as other artists including Kenny Chesney, Sam Hunt, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan and Tim McGraw among others.

Ramsey states, “I’m excited to work with a group of people that know how important songwriting is to me, and have cheered me on for over a decade.” Travis Carter, VP A&R, adds, “I’ve known him for years, and I’m constantly impressed with the fresh perspective he brings to songwriting.”

Currently on tour with Old Dominion for their Happy Endings World Tour, the RCA Nashville band has garnered 1b+ on-demand streams while earning platinum certification for every single they’ve released from their sophomore album. President of Warner Chappell Nashville Ben Vaughn declares, “We’re pumped to welcome Matt to the Warner/Chappell family, watching him grow in the community as a successful songwriter and now as a top artist has been incredible. He has the ability to make music that is uniquely identifiable.”

Ramsey is repped by Morris Higham Management with Jess Rosen of Greenberg/Traurig on legal. Seen below celebrating their Dominion of a bottle of Maker's Mark are (back row, l-r) BJ Hill, Will Overton, Katie Jelen, Jessi Vaughn, Phil May, and (front row) Alison Junker, Carter, Ramsey and Vaughn.
