Sony/ATV President, Latin America & U.S. Latin Jorge Mejia may not be the only high-ranking music exec who's been nominated for a Latin (or any other) Grammy as an artist, but we're pretty sure he's on a very short list. Mejia's "Prelude in F Major for Piano & Orchestra," recorded with the Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra, has been nominated in the Best Classical Contemporary Composition Category. It appears on the Colombia native's narrative-musical hybrid audiobook An Open Book: 25 Preludes for Piano and Orchestra, on which he served as composer, pianist and narrator.
