CeeLo Green’s new Octopus Publishing has wrapped its tentacles around Primary Wave Music Publishing in a joint venture. A force in the U.S. pubco world, Primary Wave will help finance the five-time Grammy winner’s Atlanta-based startup as it hunts to build a client base of writers and producers.
