ALASTAIR CLIMBING AT SONY/ATV U.K.

Kinross, Ventura and Sparks.... can you hold, please?

Sony/ATV U.K. has tapped Alastair Kinross as Senior A&R Manager, reporting to Head of A&R David Ventura. The move follows Alex Sparks' appointment as A&R Manager.

Kinross previously served at BMG as A&R And Creative Manager U.K. and then Director U.K./U.S. Songwriter Relations in L.A., where he coordinated all U.K. writing trips to the West Coast. This made him many friends. Before that, he spent three years at UMPG U.K.

“We are delighted to have Alastair and Alex in the Sony/ATV family," declared Ventura. "They are very talented A&Rs with a great passion for music. We are all very excited for the future."
