Former NBC Universal Television Chairman Jeff Gaspin has joined Primary Wave Entertainment, filling the newly created position of President, it was just announced. He—based in L.A.—will also serve a member of the company’s management board. The news follows the independent studio, management, music, production and entertainment media company's recent acquisition of his Gaspin Media.
