Industry luminary Clive Davis will present hitmaker Pharrell with the 2016 Clive Davis "Legend in Songwriting" Award at Songs of Hope XII, which will be held on 9/15 at Stefanie and Ron Fair's Los Angeles home. Also, The Jungle Book composer John Debney will receive the Electronic Arts Composer Award from Steve Schnur, and Pandora will honor Mike Posner with the Pandora Trendsetter Award.

This soirée is expected to have one hell of a guest list, one that comprises an array of biz heavies, who are committed to fighting cancer, HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening diseases.
The event, which includes a silent auction, as well as a CharityBuzz.com auction, raises money for City of Hope, the renowned center for cancer treatment and research. By the way, it's nearly sold-out, but tix are available here.
