After a week of big releases, we’re heading straight into another one! We might have gone through a slow-release schedule during the first part of 2021, but we’re ending the year with a bang.

And speaking of big bangs, Interscope’s Romano & Lopes pulled off a feat this week that we can’t recall ever happening with a new artist. Olivia Rodrigo’s “good 4 u” and “deja vu” hold down the top two positions on the chart just as her third single, “traitor,” debuts and looks Top 30 bound. Now that’s the way to break a new artist during a pandemic! Maroon 5’s “Lost” (222) is now on 100+ stations. It’s currently Top 30 and climbing at Pop and is heading Top 15 at Hot AC.

Republic’s Spangler & Romeo stormed the top of the addboard this week with The Weeknd’s newly released single, “Take My Breath” (XO), scoring 165 adds out of the box. It’s already debuted on the chart and is Top 15 bound. Marshmello’s “Leave Before You Love Me” f/Jonas Brothers is Top 10 MB and Top 10 U.S. Shazam. Swedish House Mafia’s “Lifetime” f/Ty Dolla $ign & 070 Shake was in the Top 10 Most Added column this week with support from 19 new stations like KBFF, KMVQ, WTDY and WEZB. In the Top 30 this week is Pop Smoke’s “Demeanor” f/Dua Lipa (Victor Victor), picking up 7 new stations including KALV, WAPE, WBLI and WRVQ. Conan Gray’s “People Watching” looks to chart with 40+ stations on board.

Arista’s Team Petropoulos has two songs climbing inside the Top 30. Tai Verdes’ “A-O-K” is eyeing the Top 20 with big support from HITS1, KENZ, KIIS and Y100, while Måneskin’s “Beggin’” is also off to a fast start. It’s already Top 30 and was Top 10 Most Added with support from stations like KHKS, WIOQ, KBKS and KZZP as KIIS moves to Power rotation this week.

Mom+Pop’s Team Jacobs have SEB’s “seaside_demo” heading toward the chart with 20 stations on board including HITS1, WWPW, WKSC and KUDD.

Fast Friends’ Team Glassman are launching vaultboy’s “everything sucks” this week and it garnered early support from SiriusXM as a HITS 1 To Watch. “The out-of-the-gate audience reaction grabbed our attention right away, ‘everything sucks’ is a fun, real lyric connection song that’s already creating in buzz with our listeners,” said HITS1’s Alex Tear.

Epic’s Sackheim, Afloarei & Dimig impacted Black Eyed Peas’ “HIT IT” f/Saweetie & Lele Pons this week and it arrived in the Top 5 Most Added column with 41 adds out of the box. With support from major markets like KIIS, WBBM, KHKS, WITH and WPOW, you can look for this one to move fast. REGARD’s “You” f/Troye Sivan & Tate McRae moves Top 10 with 160m streams to date. GIVĒON’s “Heartbreak Anniversary” (Not So Fast) is now Top 15 at Pop after a #1 run at Rhythm and Urban, and it’s Top 10 on the U.S. Shazam chart. Camilla Cabello’s “Don’t Go Yet” is already Top 15 bound with a closed-out panel on board, while Madison Beer’s “Reckless” is heading for the chart with 26 early adds.

Def Jam’s Farag & Sheer charted Alessia Cara’s “Sweet Dreams” with 50+ stations on board and new spins from Music Choice, HITS1, KBKS and WIOQ.

Warner’s Chester, Dyer & Reich have Dua Lipa’s “Love Again” set to join the Top 15 with an almost-closed-out panel and big rotation increases from WKSC, WKTU and KDWB.

HITCO’S Team Klaiman, collaborating with In2une, have put Dixie’s “Psycho” f/Rubi Rose on the chart with 70+ stations on board this week and new airplay from 14 more including WHYI, WPOI and KZHT.

RCA’s Rothschild, Maldonado, JR & Daddio have Doja Cat’s “You Right” f/The Weeknd (XO/Kemosabe/Republic) set to join the Top 10 with 150m global streams and 9m U.S. streams this week. Kane Brown X blackbear’s “Memory” was one of the Greatest Gainers last week and is now Top 25. Look for this to move up fast after posting 18 new adds as one of the week’s Most Added tracks. Normani’s “Wild Side” f/Cardi B heads for the Top 25 with new airplay from WKQI, WKFS, WNOW, and WXSS. Khalid’s “New Normal” was Top 3 Most Added and is now spinning on 35 stations as it heads toward the chart.

Capitol’s Marella, Nolletti, Acampora & Siciliano continue building the story on Duncan Laurence’s “Arcade” as Power Research is driving airplay. It was once again a Top 10 Spin and Audience gainer for the week. Tesher XJason Derulo’s “Jalebi Baby” has officially charted with 500m global streams and 4.7m TikTok creations to date.

Columbia’s Gray, Burruss, Bedard, Stevens & Brenner had the #1 Greatest Gainer this week with Lil Nas X’s “INDUSTRY BABY” f/Jack Harlow. The consumption numbers on this are massive as it reached Top 25 in just two weeks. The Kid LAROI & Justin Bieber’s “Stay” is now Top 5 bound after spending only five weeks on the chart.
