Woodstock!! Everyone’s over the moon about the newly announced, star-studded lineup. My question is, “Does it rain again like the first two”? Ah, festival season; it’s upon us.

Warner Bros.Chester, Dyer, Reich and Shih are firing on all cylinders as they put Bryce Vine f/YG’s “La La Land” (Sire) in the #1 Most Added spot this week with 39 adds on impact; adds include WKTU, WBBM, KDWB and KHTS. They also had a big week on Lauren Daigle’s “You Say” (Centricity/12Tone), pulling in new airplay from WKSC, KHKS, WFLZ and WXKS just as the track joins the Top 20. Bebe Rexha’s “Last Hurrah”—#5 on Spotify’s Today’s Top Hits—looks to join the Top 20 with new support from 17 new stations, including KQMV, KNOU and WHQC.

Capitol’s Marella, Nolletti, Siciliano and Acampora had another big add week on Mabel’s “Don’t Call Me Up” (Polydor U.K.), which pulled in 24 new stations. With 100+ stations on board, it’s joined the Top 25 and is making a rapid climb up the chart. Sam Smith & Normani’s “Dancing with a Stranger” is now Top 10. FLETCHER’s “Undrunk” is heading Top 15, while #2 on Spotify’s U.S. Viral 50. And Jon Bellion’s “Stupid Deep” is pulling in some major market support prior to official impact, as WBLI, KALV and WKFS all climb onboard.

In2une’s Connone and Lucek put Lauv & Troye Sivan’s “I’m so tired…” (AWAL) back in the Top 10 Most Added for a second consecutive week. There are currently 75+ stations on board, and it charts one week after impact. KDWB PD Rich Davis says, “As one of the early and often leaders on ‘I Like Me Better,’ I’m happy to be supporting this new up-tempo Lauv hit. It’s already flying up the Minneapolis streaming chart!”

Def Jam’s Farag and Rothschild have moved Alessia Cara’s “Out of Love” into the Top 30 with 100+ stations on board; big supporters include Z100, KAMP, WIHT and KRBE, with six new adds coming in this week from the likes of KKRZ, WHBQ, et al.

Epic’s Sackheim, Afloarei and Dimig have put AJ Mitchell’s “All My Friends,” which is bubbling just under the chart, in the Most Added column for two straight weeks and amassed 75+ stations, including WBLI, WKSS, WRVW and KHFI.

Interscope’s Romano and Lopes are experiencing a rare phenomenon; actually, we believe it’s unprecedented! Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper’s “Shallow” is heading Top 20 again. Even after falling off the chart, it ended up as one of the week’s Greatest Gainers, and the streaming and sales numbers all remain Top 10. Great work! Thanks to radio for realizing you missed one. Ellie Goulding x Diplo f/Sway Lee’s “Close to Me” is now Top 5 with a closed-out panel and moving into Power rotation everywhere. Imagine Dragons’ “Bad Liar” (KidinaKorner) moves Top 20 with 115+ stations onboard; big supporters include KMXV, HITS 1, KBKS and WZPL. Zedd & Katy Perry’s “365” is sitting right outside the Top 20 and is on 130+ stations, including KIIS, KROI, Q100 and WWPW. Billie Eilish’s “when the party’s over” (Darkroom) charted with 100+ stations. benny blanco, Selena Gomez, Tainy & J Balvin’s “I Can’t Get Enough” (NEON16/FKS) debuted this week with 60+ stations on board.

Columbia’s Burruss, Stevens, Bedard and Brenner have The Chainsmokers f/5SOS’ “Who Do You Love” (Disruptor) set to join the Top 15; new this week are KRBE and WFLC. Lil Peep & ILoveMakonnen f/Fall Out Boy’s “I’ve Been Waiting” was back in the Top 10 Most Added, pulling in an additional 12 stations that include KZZP, KSLZ and WBLI. That one’s Top 20 and climbing. George Ezra’s “Shotgun” has charted with 65+ stations. Supporters include Music Choice, KDIS and WZFT.

RCA’s Riccitelli, JR and Daddio have Khalid’s “Better” (Right Hand) heading toward the top of the chart. It’s currently Top 5 with a closed-out panel. The follow-up single, “Talk”—on 70+ stations—has already charted. Impacting this week is CNCO’s “Pretend,” which was Top 10 Most Added with 15 new stations coming aboard; those include WKTU, B96, KMVQ and KYLD. P!nk’s chartbound “Walk Me Home,” which is heading Top 10 at Hot AC already, is on nearly 50 stations, such as HITS 1, Q100, WXXL and KMXV. H.E.R.’s “Hard Place” (MBK) is on 60 Pop Stations and bubbling just under the chart.

Republic’s Spangler, Romeo and Dastur are still on fire with all things Ariana Grande, as “”7 rings” remains in the top spot on the chart and “break up with your girlfriend” is heading Top 10. Post Malone’s “Wow” is poised to make the Top 10 move as one of the week’s Greatest Gainers. With 430m streams to date on Spotify, Dean Lewis’ “Be Alright” (Island) is heading Top 10 at Pop just as it moves #1 at Hot AC. Jonas Brothers’ “Sucker” is Top 10-bound and was the #1 Great Gainer once again last week. Marshmello f/CHVRCHES’ “Here with Me” (Joytime/Glassnote) was the #2 Greatest Gainer, following Most Added honors on impact. It charted first week. Jeremy Zucker’s “comethru” is chartbound at Top 40 with support from KZHT, WBLI and WPLW, along with 90+ others.

MUSIC WE LOVE: Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved” (Capitol), In Real Life’s “Crazy AF” (Hollywood).
