Ariana Grande sits atop the chart for the second week in a row with "7 Rings" (Republic), while Ellie Goulding X Diplo's "Close To Me" f/ Swae Lee (Interscope-Republic) joins the Top 5. Capitol's Sam Smith & Normani join the Top 10 with "Dancing With A Stranger" (RCA). For the second week in a row, the Jonas Brothers' "Sucker" (Republic) is the Greatest Gainer with another 2000+ spin increase, and looks set to join the Top 15. Moving inside the Top 20 meanwhile, is Lil Peep & ILoveMakonnen's "I've Been Waiting" f/FallOutBoy (Columbia). In a development everyone is cheering— Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper's "Shallow" got a kiss from the radio callout gods—and the song rejoins the Top 30.
